Terms & Conditions

  1. Services Provided: Pixellflow offers a range of services including graphic design, web design, digital marketing, social media marketing, social media management, and video editing. These services are offered as per the client's requirements and agreed-upon scope of work.
  2. Payments: Clients are required to make payments as per the invoice schedule. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other accepted payment methods. Invoices are generated upon completion of a project milestone, and full payment is expected before final delivery of the work.
  3. Revisions: Pixellflow allows up to two rounds of revisions per project to ensure client satisfaction. Any additional revisions will be subject to extra charges.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds: Once a project has commenced, cancellations are subject to charges based on the work completed. Refunds may be issued only for uncompleted parts of the project at Pixellflow’s discretion. No refunds will be provided once the final files are delivered.
  5. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final designs and deliverables. Pixellflow retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  6. Liability: Pixellflow will not be held liable for any damages or losses that arise from the use of the materials created. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the work before final use.
  7. Client Responsibilities: Clients are required to provide timely feedback and necessary materials for the project’s completion. Delays in providing materials may result in project delays.
  8. Governing Law: These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
